Today, we announced the winners of Teen Activist Commercials! Remember, 50% of the WHOLE classes' proceeds from the Middle Ages Faire will go to the winning cause. CONGRATS. We also started our memoir writing unit. We discussed what a memoir is versus personal narratives versus autobiographies. In addition, we created a "special place" map to spark memories. In SS, we continued to talk about the Mayan Civilization.
